Enjoy your sushi dinner at the unparalleled Sentori Sushi. Generations of locals and visitors have found the tastes and presentation at Sentori the best of their lives. Sentori is renowned for the attention to detail about all ingredients, from its use of a traditional stone kama (rice cooker), specially-made-for-Sentori soy sauce and salt, and of course, the best locally-sourced and seasonal fish, vegetables, herbs, and seasonings from the land and the sea. Sentori is happy to accommodate vegetarians and vegans (please give us a heads up when you book this exclusive tour). Experience Sentori in its private dining room with your sushi master describing everything that goes into making this dining event one to remember among your best ever.
You’ll next be transported to Asanoya where the centuries-old cultural expressions of dance and song represent feudal Kanazawa. Situated in the Western Geisha district, Asanoya’s Geigi (a name for geisha) will perform the traditional entertainment for which samurai and businesspeople have clamored. The Geigi, decades-long practitioners of the arts and making guests feel comfortable, will invite you to try drumming and dancing. Savoring your evening under the welcoming eyes and gentle instruction of these lifelong artisans, is a perfect way to end your Kanazawa night.
